NYST is a portfolio tracking tool. It does not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Figures depend on the data you import or enter and on third-party market data, and may be delayed or inaccurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in details and backup codes secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

4. Plans and payment

Basic is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Razorpay. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. If a paid plan ends, your workspace returns to Basic.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not use NYST for unlawful purposes.
• Advisors are responsible for the content and branding they place on client reports.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into NYST. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability
